Industrial «A Park»
“A Park” is located on a land plot of 20 ha (subject to expansion) next to Volkswagen facilities. “A Park” industrial project includes:
Three construction phases of industrial premises for Benteler Automobiltechnik with a total space area of about 17,100 m2. Project Phase I presupposes assembly production of auto parts, phase II - painting and welding works, phase III - extrusion.
Characteristic feature of Benteler Automobiltechnik production is operation in the just in time mode, i.e., finished products are not stored but are sent to Volkswagen right for assembly.
All three Benteler facilities in Kaluga virtually represent a complete cycle of autocomponent manufacture, starting from suspension elements extrusion, welding by robotic welders, painting and ending in assembly and shipping of finished products.
Phase I of industrial premises for Visteon company with a total space area of 2,660 square meters. The plant manufactures plastic elements for inside lining of cars. The industrial premises are equipped with modern quality control installations.
Presently Phase II works are in progress for the Visteon company with a total space area of about 2,500 m², where extrusion of plastic elements is also envisaged.
All life-support systems in the industrial premises are implemented with the use of energy-saving technologies.

Power-supply system is implemented with the use of 20 kV networks;

Heating system is implemented on the basis of gas heating units combining the functions of ventilation and heating;

Sprinkler and hydrant fire fighting systems in “A-Park” are completely autonomous and are protected against potential water- and power-supply failures.
A-Park is managed by a skilled management team including specialists of various specialties who have taken the required qualification training.
