Our Facilities

Kulon-Pulkovo Complex, Espro Group’s first project in St. Petersburg. In the annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Kulon-Pulkovo won the Golden Brick as the Best Industrial Complex in 2010.

 

The total area of the complex is 36 000 m2, including 28 300 m2 of warehouse premises. Offices are located in the adjoining four-storey building occupying a total area of 5 900 m2.
