Our Facilities

The warehouse complex is named Baltia after the Highway on which it is located (M – 9 Baltia) at a 7 km distance from the Moscow Outer Ring Road (MKAD). Subsequently the building was sold and at present the complex hosts Major Auto sales center.

 

Its warehouse area occupies 24 500 m2, and the total area of office premises is 3 050 m2.

At the annual Commercial Real Estate Awards 2006 Ceremony, Baltia Warehouse Complex received the Golden Brick Award as the Best Warehouse Complex 2005.
